About Justin Lowery
I have been creating artwork through the medium of photography for about 12 years, producing over 2 million exposures. I've worked with digital compact, Micro 4/3rds, APS-C, 35mm digital, 35mm film, 645 & 6x7 medium format film, and now currently work with 4x5 & 8x10-inch large format film. My current tools are the Intrepid 4x5 & 8x10 field cameras, which I like due to their extremely light weight, simple, durable design, and low cost. My photographic home is in the desert canyons and dunes of the American Southwest. I also enjoy the forests and coastal regions of the American West Coast. My artistic style tends to favor quiet, intimate compositions of peaceful scenes in relatively unknown locations.
